Oh, Yes! Designs is an independent design company, based in Victoria, BC, Canada. Most of our customers are in the U.S. We don't stock inventory or ship it. Instead, we leave that to the experts.

Every item you order will be custom-printed for you by our manufacturing partners—expert print-on-demand companies in California, Arizona, and North Carolina.

Typically, production takes from 2-7 business days to create apparel products (like t-shirts) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (like posters). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Shipping speed depends on the product type and the destination.

98% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
More than half of our orders are sent out for shipping within 3 business days of ordering.
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

If You Have Ordered More Than One Item
Because we choose the "best in class" manufacturer for each product, your items may arrive at different times, from different locations. For instance, a hot pink tote will be shipped to you from Arizona, while leggings will come from either California or North Carolina.


If Your Order Doesn't Arrive
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your tracking number (shown in the order confirmation email you received from us). Then check that you had entered the correct address. If the address you gave us was incorrect, we'll be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, but the order has not arrived within the timeframe we've outlined above for production and shipping, please get in touch with us via the Contact page, noting your order number and tracking number. We'll work with you to either cancel the order and refund you, or to have a new order shipped from the manufacturer, at our cost.
