How Long Do I Have For Refunds and Exchanges?

You have a full 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST contact us before returning an item for refund or exchange. We'll let you know which address to return it to.


My item was broken or defective or you shipped the wrong thing. What now?

First, our sincere apologies! Here's what to do:

  1. Write to friendly Customer Service folks from the form on the Contact page.
  2. Give us your Order # (which you can find on the Packing Slip or in emails from us about your order).
  3. Tell us exactly what has gone wrong and please take pictures of the defect.
  4. We'll let you know where to send the broken or defective or incorrect item.
  5. If the problem is a result of our error, we'll gladly take care of standard shipping costs for you to return the item to us.
  6. After we receive the broken/defective/incorrect item, we'll get a replacement item out to you ASAP.

My garment doesn't fit! What can I do?

It can be tough ordering clothing without being able to try it on. A tee that is described as "form-fitting" might be too tight for one person and just right for someone else. On the other hand, a style that is described as "relaxed fit" might be just right for one person, but feel baggy to another.

And we all know that sizes can differ wildly from one brand to another!

The most important thing is that we want you to be happy with your garment! So here's what to do:

  1. Have a close look at the product's Size Chart and its description, and take your own measurements, to figure out what your new size should be.
  2. Write to Customer Service from the form on the Contact page.
  3. Give us your Order # (which you can find on the Packing Slip or in emails from us about your order).
  4. We'll let you know where to send the wrong-size item. (Make sure it's unwashed, unworn, and is packed securely in its original packaging.)
  5. We'll ask you to take care of the shipping costs on the return and on the exchange.
  6. After we receive and approve the exchange, we'll print your new garment and get it out to you ASAP.

I just don't like it. Will you take it back?

 Call us "crazy" but yes, we will!

  1. Write to Customer Service from the form on the Contact page.
  2. Give us your Order # (which you can find on the Packing Slip or in emails from us about your order).
  3. Tell us what you didn't like. (Politely, please. We have feelings too!)
  4. We'll let you know where to send the item. (Make sure it's unworn, has not been washed, and is packed securely in its original packaging.)
  5. We'll ask you to pay for the return shipping costs.
  6. Once we've received the item from you, and approved the refund, we'll refund to your original form of payment (credit card or PayPal) within 4 business days. Your credit card company may take an additional 5 to 10 days to apply the refund to your statement.

I didn't receive my package.

In the rare cases that you have not received your parcel, but it has been marked as delivered by the courier, we would not be able to re-ship. 

In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location at a recipient's address. We ask you to reach out to the courier and ask if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For instance, "left under table on back porch."

Similarly, if you have given us an incorrect address, we ask you to contact your local post office or the courier used to try to locate the missing parcel.

However, if an order has not been delivered at all, please get in touch with us via the Contact page, noting your order number and tracking number. We'll work with you to either cancel the order and refund you, or to have a new order shipped from the manufacturer, at our cost.
